Have the welcome call, then approve. Approving creates the firm and emails its admin an invite.

Every firm on StaffFlow, and whether its first admin has accepted the invite. You see firm details only — never a firm's consultants, pay or invoices.

Help & Support
How the operator area works, and what to do when something goes wrong.
How a firm joins
- They fill in the Request access form, or you add them with New firm request.
- You book the welcome call (Book call) and keep notes.
- After the call, Approve: the firm is created in setup and its admin gets an invite (7 days during setup).
- Or Decline: they get a short, polite email. Your reason is never sent.
What you can and can't see
- Requests, firm names, web addresses, invite status.
- Never a firm's consultants, pay rates, timesheets or invoices — the database refuses it.
- Approve, Decline and every change in Settings ask for a fresh two-step code.
Lost your phone?
Sign in with a recovery code in the two-step box. Each works once. Then make new codes in Settings.
No phone and no codes: follow RUNBOOK_two_step_recovery.md → Operator (pgAdmin, as postgres).
